URGENT FOSTER OR ADOPTION
Sweet boy needs out of jail!!!
Notes on Alpha from the shelter and our team member that met with him.
Only grown up with adult children. Outside dog, as they had cats inside. From what has been seen, he can be a bit timid/head shy. Passed dog to dog assessment at the Animal Shelter.
Typical happy husky who was excited to be out of his pen. He does pull on lead but not excessively hard and to be expected as he’s been in a pen for some time now. He was able to sit when you get his attention but completely ignored his name and probably in need of a name change because he definitely isn’t an “Alpha”.
Alpha lived with two other older dogs that started picking on and dominating him, so that is why he was surrendered, so he is probably more on the submissive side.
He would suit a similar natured dog or as an only dog. He allows full handling, was trusting and submissive.
He’s a bit of a chatter and think once he finds his humans he’ll be a full on chatty boy, poor boy just needs a loving home. He’s had enough of his jail cell and desperately needs out.
Fully vetworked
The usual husky rules apply, with no cats or pocket pets, lots of love and exercise, and secure dig-proof 5ft + fencing.
