Siberian Husky

Melbourne, Australia

Meet Chev, aka, horse, boof, wolf. He is a beautiful natured boy who has no idea of his own size, and thinks he is just a lap dog. He loves cuddles more than anything and will follow his people around the house all day long. He loves inside and just wants to be part of everyday life with his family. He loves walkies and other dogs. He is great with children of all ages. And did we mention cuddles? He will melt you with his beautiful nature and make you fall in love with him instantly. Chev is completely placid with children, he loves their cuddles and playing with them.

Chev has basic training, however is also stubborn and sometimes will completely ignore commands for his own desires.

He can sit, drop, wait for food, wait/stay.

He is also crate trained. He can take treats and toys roughly with his mouth, so this needs some work with this.

Chev has a sensitive stomach and will get the runs if he is not on a grain free diet. This has not been officially diagnosed but learnt through trial and error of food.

He will happily run around in fully fenced off lead areas, but is not trained enough to be let off lead in the open. He is too easily distracted.

Chev adores all dogs and loves playtime, he wants everyone to be his friend

Chev initially will pull but does ease off slowly as he walks. He is strong and can pull hard when he wants. Shelby has also participated in dry land sledding.

Chev doesn’t bark, he howls and talks. For many different reasons, attention, singing, talking, playfulness or when someone comes to the front door.
