There are many legends about huskies, and one of our favourites is the one that huskies were born of a union between an ice dog and a fire dog and, today, are puppers with one eye colder than the ocean and the other hotter than fire.
This legend says huskies have both icy fearlessness and the hottest kindness. And when it comes to one brown and one blue eye, you simply must meet Sif.
He’s a 6-year-old, gorgeous black and white boy. Just LOOK at those photos, will you?
Sif is a loving, and very energetic dog who wants nothing more than to be a part of your world. He is loyal and yet a little mischievous is beautiful at heart.
Always happy with lots of love to give, Sif is an ideal man’s best friend or older family suited member who will always share his company with you. He prefers a yard to run-around in, to explore and burn off energy. He’s also great to run with, especially on a running track.
His alert and assertive behaviour also makes him a good watch dog which adds to his loveable personality. Sif really is a beautiful dog who needs a family to love him and for him to love back.
He doesn’t mind the odd dig in the backyard, but Sif has never climbed or jumped to escape. He’s a fabulous boy who has many more years of love to give, and he needs a new home through no fault of his own.
