Sasha is a gentle soul loving, affectionate, and trusting even though she’s been through big changes in her life. She listens well, communicates what she needs, and has a heart full of love to give.
🐾 Obedience Star
Ask Sasha to sit, give paw, or go to the toilet, and she’ll happily oblige—though she can be a little cheeky (she is a Husky after all!).
🚶 Walks with a Twist
Sasha has a low energy level indoors, but loves her walks and can be full of husky spirit on lead. She’s harness-trained but still learning to feel comfortable with both harnesses and collars, so her new family will need to continue slow introductions.

She currently lives with multiple dogs and tolerates them, though she much prefers calmer companions or being the only dog. With love and patience, her sweet and affectionate nature blossoms beautifully.

Wind, rain, or shine—Sasha is unfazed by the weather. Loud or sudden noises may startle her, but she simply heads inside for comfort.

She has been great with kids (youngest is 13 in her foster home). With younger children, slow introductions are recommended so she can feel comfortable at her own pace.

As a typical Husky, caution is advised with cats and small animals. She shows no aggression but is cautious sometimes even scared of foster siblings like rabbits, ferrets, and lambs.

She is fully toilet trained, waiting politely by the door when she needs to go out.

Sasha tolerates brushing and will “tell you off” in true husky style when she’s had enough. Nail trims aren’t her favorite, but she’s a good girl overall.
🛌 Sleepy Time
She enjoys doggie beds but especially loves snuggling on the human bed. Sometimes she even retreats to a crate for peace and quiet.
🍗 Foodie’s Delight
At mealtime, Sasha does her happy dance and chats while her food is prepared. She loves cooked chicken, prefers it over dry food, and adores homemade treats like tuna cheese bites.
