About Athena Athena is a beautiful Siberian Husky with sparkling blue eyes, a huge personality, and enough charm to win over every human she meets. She’s full of affection, energy, and classic husky sass. Whether she’s splashing in water (she’s a certified water baby), zooming around on adventures, hiking, or playing with her husky squad at the park, Athena brings joy and laughter everywhere she goes. Her humans sadly had to relocate overseas and couldn’t bring her due to housing restrictions. She’s now living with one of our amazing foster carers and has settled in beautifully. They cannot stop talking about how sweet, funny, and easy she is to have around.

Exercise & Energy Athena is an active girl who thrives with adventure. She loves: • Long walks • Hikes • Runs • Exploring new places Once she’s had her exercise, she switches off beautifully indoors and becomes a quiet, chilled companion for the rest of the day.
Social Life Athena is extremely extroverted and assumes every dog wants to be her best friend. She regularly plays with huskies, golden retrievers, and labradors at the park. Her only rule: She does not share her favourite ball.Everyone must have their own ball… or no ball at all. She would thrive in a home with an older dog of similar sizewho can match her energy but also help her settle.
Kids Athena has played fetch and received pats from children under 5 in group settings. She’s gentle and friendly, but she hasn’t lived with young kids before. Older children would be a great match.
Typical Husky Personality Athena is expressive, silly, and full of character. She will bark occasionally while you are eating breakfast 9for some reason that is the only meal..lol) but she will speak on command because her humans taught her she has a voice. She is wonderfully derpy in all the best husky ways.
Car Travel Road trips? No problem. Athena has done countless 3–4-hourdrives for hiking adventures. She’s calm, relaxed, and completely unfazed by: • No Car anxiety • No Car sickness • Her humans’ terrible loud singing
House Training & Home Life Athena is fully house trained and uses the backyard for her business. She’s neutral about baths and prefers warm water (just like her humans). She has a high food drive, so any fallen food is likely to disappear before it hits the ground. Countersurfing is a sport she excels in.
Food & Diet Athena loves: • Kibble • Raw diet • Treats • And most importantly… bread Bread is her kryptonite. Training may temporarily cease if bread enters the chat. She has no food allergies and is a big eater—don’t fall for her “I didn’t have dinner yet” face.
Important Information • Athena is a digger, but not an escape artist • She digs to make a comfy mud bed, not to run away • She loves mud, water, and messy fun • Secure fencing is essential • She has had seizures growing up and recovers quickly but is not on lifelong medication
