Siberian husky

Melbourne, Australia

Bandit is a loving dog, who only wants to be with you, loves to be inside the home. He is a quiet boy and loves a play with his humans he will jump if playing or encouraged. He eats well, drinks a lot of water, takes treats ever so gently from your hand…. very impressed with how gentle and loving he is. Very receptive to other adults that visit and gets along well with 2 year old crazy female husky he’s in foster care with. Best separate when feeding, if there’s another doggo in the home but happy to take snacks and drink side by side with his female foster sibling.

Bandit travels well in the car, no noise, happy to sit. He doesn’t jump on furniture or has any bad inside habits. He prefers to sleep inside close to his humans, is quiet, doesn’t get up until morning when he gently nuzzles you to wake up and let him out…. And feed him. Loves food, treats, will totally destroy any kong you give him, is alert and quiet on walks and runs. Loves both stopping and having a sniff and running. Would not let off lead….

Loves to be groomed, good in bath, let’s you dry him etc just enjoys the attention! He sits shakes, drops, listens to commands at home and on lead. Overall he’s a wonderful boy, who would be suited to a family that are home more often than not and that can just be with him, as he suffers from separation anxiety if left. We are still working on this for him to not be so stressed and new owners would need to be willing to work along side us with this. He would also suit being with a suitable sized playful female companion.

Bandit is attending doggy day care and enjoying his days he’s there.

BONUS Carers have also offered to take him for weekends ect if new owners need him to be looked after.
