Marley is an absolute sweetheart. She loves to cuddle and be with her humans. She is a very gentle girl and loves all people
Marley can sit and shake paws. She is smart and willing to learn
Marley walks really nicely on a lead and does not pull. Marley will follow commands. She loves the out doors and likes to explore the world
Marley loves other dogs of all sizes and really enjoys time at the dog park
Marley is the quiet achiever. She isn’t a vocal girl but can give a warning bark if felt threatened
Marley is not fazed by storms and will not react to thunder and doesn’t mind the rain
Marley loves to play and has a cheeky side. Marley however is still figuring out it’s OK to play with toys she is given. Marley however loves to play chasey with her humans and tug o war with other dogs
Marley has been around small children and approaches then slowly. She does not jump up on them and is really gentle when interacting with kids
Marley is quite happy to match the energy levels of her humans
Marley has a very high prey drive and will chase cats. She is not suited with pocket pets
Marley is good with small dogs and knows how to play gently with them. Marley doesn’t try to stand over them or play rough
Marley is an absolute dream in the car. She willingly jumps in and out of the car. Once in the car Marley is happy to just lay down and enjoy the ride.
Marley is house trained. You will have to take her out as Marley is still learning to tell you when she needs to go potty.
Marley is a little fearful of the whole bathing process but doesn’t mind being groomed. Marley is getting better each time she is bathed. Marley just needs lots of praise and reassurance
Marley happily sleeps through the night, inside on her bed. Marley is also doesn’t mind sleeping outside but only if she has doggie friends out there doing the same
Marley will sit and wait for her food. She is not overly food motivated. Marley is a very sweet, loving and gentle girl. Marley is very eager to please so praise is key and goes a long way with her. Marley wants to be wherever her humans are so she will follow you everywhere.
Sliding doors are no match for this very clever girl. If they are not locked, Marley will open them whether they are side or outside doors. Marley can not be left alone and unattended for long periods as she will become quite destructive and destroy anything and everything.
Marley would love a home where she has a furry best friend or two. She is not afraid of larger dogs. Marley loves to cuddle and belly rubs will win her over. Once you have gained Marley’s trust she will listen to you. She is a fast learner.
