Named after the legendary (and very handsome) Viking from Asterix, Obie is doing his best to live up to the name. He’s certainly nailed the handsome part… now he’s just waiting for the rest of his body to catch up! 
At 10 months old, this lovable goof is all legs, ears and enthusiasm.
Obie is incredibly intelligent, endlessly entertaining and happiest when he’s zooming around with his fur siblings. He plays beautifully with other dogs, although he occasionally forgets that he’s not actually lap-dog sized. Personal space? Never heard of it! If you’re standing still for too long, expect a giant bear hug and a fluffy shadow curled up at your feet.
This young Husky loves being part of the family. He’s house trained, with the occasional reminder, knows the basics and is very food motivated, making training lots of fun.
He’s currently learning to walk nicely on a loose lead, but when you’re young and the whole world is exciting, it’s hard not to stop and investigate absolutely everything!
Obie is great with kids, but because he’s a big, enthusiastic young boy who can be a little rough with his affection, older or confident children would be best suited to him.
Obie thrives on being part of the family and would absolutely love a home with another playful companion to learn from, play with, do zoomies with and use a cushion
Obie is looking for an active family who will include him in all of life’s adventures, keep his clever mind busy and appreciate his goofy personality.
In return, he’ll reward you with endless laughs, unconditional love and more Husky cuddles than you ever thought possible.
