About Penni

Female

2 years 2 months

Alaskan husky

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Penni is beautiful, clever, affectionate girl with a lovely temperament who simply wants to be a core part of a family.

She loves being around her humans and is happiest when she’s included in whatever is happening if she’s not following you around, she’s probably trying to squeeze herself onto your lap.

She’s suited to a home with school-aged children, though her new family should keep in mind that she can do a little attention jumping when excited.

She must have a male or female dog companion in her new home, as she thoroughly enjoys playing with her foster siblings.

As a high energy girl who loves to explore and has great agility, she will suit an active family that can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and opportunities to keep her busy.

She’d love to be included in daily activities and given chances to work alongside her people.

She loves car rides and has surprisingly decent recall for a Husky! She already knows her basic commands and is continuing to work on her lead manners, particularly learning not to pull.

Despite all her energy, she does have a great off switch and is generally quite content to settle at your feet after a big day. She is a truly special girl looking for a loving home to share her big heart with.

She’s fully house trained and is accustomed to the cushy life of being an indoor/outdoor girl.
