Day 2 of his desex surgery had him up and about, he’s embraced his cone like a champ… nothing fazes this young stud!
🐾 Obedience Star
Has 2 modes… “mischievous, life is about jumping and frolic” and “super calm adorable husky hunk”. With consistency and firm direction, he stays in the calm mode.
🚶Walks
Appears as if he wasn’t socialised with other dogs at all in the formative years, so he get excited seeing dogs on walks. His family will need to ease him into walks and meeting other dogs.
🐶 Doggie Diplomat
Very playful and hasn’t learnt to respect boundaries with other dogs yet. He means no harm, wants to endlessly sniff and play but will need supervised and controlled introductions so he learns to take cues from the other dogs. His foster sibling, a senior female husky instantly took to him and loved playing with him. With her age though, she can’t keep up with his energy.
🐕 Chatterbox
Lots of adorable husky chats and song. The melodies ring out especially when he’s home alone but a gentle and firm uh-huh through the web cam, has him calming down and taking a good long snooze till the humans get back

Being a young husky full of playful energy, he’s still learning that jumps are not acceptable so a family with older kids may best suit.

Was afraid when his foster family gave him a home bath and blow dry after what seemed like a long long time when they first got him, but he took it like a champ and was enjoying it towards the end.

Unfussed, is equally happy lying in a bed or on the floor.
🍗 Foodie’s Delight
Not fussed, just sees no reason to rush through meals, so takes his time and prioritises fun over food.

Sparky’s ideal home is one that is aware of husky energy and invests the time in managing his excitement levels. He learns quickly but the puppy in him comes out very easily so needs that consistent training. He’s an adorable boy though, as cute as Huskies can get. He has endless love to give, he loves to hang out near his humans, curl up near your feet as you work or study or watch TV.
