Toby is almost 9-year-old, Siberian Husky seeking a loving new home. He’s fit, obedient and enjoys human interaction. His life has changed so much in the last 10 months and he’s very much in need of a new life and new home.
Background – He is currently living in the yard in his yard alone. This has been for the last 10 months due to owner’s passing and husband going into permanent care. Toby previously had inside access to inside and would live between inside and outside. He is now outside full time as there aren’t any humans living in the home he resides at.
Personality – Toby is very obedient and enjoys the company of people and others in his home environment. He enjoys daily walks and playtime (especially fetch). He’s independent, but thrives on attention. Toby is a bit dominant with other dogs, and he requires careful introduction. Toby needs an experienced owner, ideally as an only dog. We recommend no young children (under 10), and he’ll need a secure, escape-proof yard.
Training – Toby is obedient to basic commands (sit, walk). He calms down on walks after initial pullingm and is responsive to intersections and commands. His ideal home is one with an active, patient owner, a quiet household and a willingness to provide gentle socialisation.

Vetwork – Desexed vaccinations were due last August. Once we have him in a home, he’ll be fully vet checked and vaccinated.
